Facebook is showing Ads only on their website and on Instagram but yesterday Facebook said that very soon they will start putting ads on their favorite messaging app "Messenger" and may be later in future on "WhatsApp" too.
World's largest social media company looks to further monetize its chat service, which has 1.2 billion monthly users.
As said by Facebook that Ads will not show in the chat box or between two messages, Ads will be displayed on the home of Messenger app or in settings somewhere. When user will click on ads either it will lead to ads official website or there will be a pop-up window where the user can interact with brands. Previously Facebook allowed that Ads company directly interact with messenger users on the basis of their favorites on Facebook website content or via profile update.
This was Facebook's initial tests in Australia and Thailand in January, and this was the first step to move towards to monetize the Messenger App in future with great benefits. There are four ways by which Facebook earns ads profit first is original Social website secondly "Instagram" both shows advertisement and other two "Messenger" and "WhatsApp" don't show ads they are totally free apps so now Facebook is trying to grow ads area starting with messenger and maybe later also with WhatsApp too.
Facebook gets about 85% of its ads revenue via mobile but this year on Facebook personal app gets little ads whereas on the website there are many ad block apps are available but they show little concerned with Facebook and Twitter website so now Facebook Inc will initiate new ads zone for a business marketing company to grow their Network.
Facebook said that they will initially show ads in US zone and slowly implement on the global basis. Messenger users will have options like to stop some ads like sexual or money or other languages ads which are not suitable for users but they can't stop it permanently.
